POST has partnered with Sense about Science and the University of Nottingham to host the sixth annual Evidence Week in Parliament and online from 3 – 7 July.
This year POST has partnered with Sense about Science and London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to host Evidence Week in Parliament, from 14 until 18 November 2022.
Parliamentarians and parliamentary staff are invited to a programme of public discussions, policy briefings and training designed to share knowledge and insights, and to build new networks. The programme includes:
- a livestream opening panel discussion as constituents ask their MP and experts about the evidence on issues that matter to them
- in-person quickfire policy briefings from world experts on topics such as social inequalities and local food strategies
- bitesize learning sessions with national experts, on issues including evaluating evidence and understanding statistics
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
This online event on Thursday 17 March 2022 will brief parliamentarians on the evidence on the financial risks of nature loss and how they can be assessed.
Sense About Science in partnership with POST and the Commons Library bring Evidence Week in Parliament this November. This year's event will focus on Net Zero, Health, and Data and AI.
